ABSTRACT
The article presents news briefs in the chemical industry. Excelerate Energy has commissioned its Teesside GasPort in England, the world's first dockside regasification port and the second operational liquefied natural gas access point in Great Britain. Huntsman's methyl di-p-phenylene isocyanate (MDI) plant at Rozenburg, Netherlands, will run at reduced rates in April 2007 because of a scheduled maintenance. Asian MDI supplies look set to tighten in the second quarter of 2007.
