The article reports on how the recent shortages of butadiene (BD) and crude C4 (CC4) in the U.S. have prompted rising interest among European sellers to export products. This follows several months of minimal transatlantic activity. Strong demand in Europe and the loss of production at BD extraction units have kept prices high and supply tight.
