ABSTRACT
The article discusses the support of Session Initiation Protocol by networking companies. Aspect Software, which was created in 2005 by the merger of Concerto Software and Aspect Communications, has created a technology called Uniphi Connect that allows businesses to operate hybrid contact centers without replacing their entire infrastructure. Products from other companies are analyzed, including Avaya, which offers the Converged Communication Server, and Cisco Systems Inc., which offers Call-Manager 5.0.
