ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the National Waterfront Museum in Swansea, Wales, which recorded 241,000 visitors since its opening on October 18, 2005. The city of Swansea was selected for the museum following a site options appraisal. The use of existing and newly developed technology for the interpretation of storyline is a major highlight of the museum. The storyline of the museum focuses on how people got affected by industrial and maritime trading.
