ABSTRACT
The article presents a sequence of events between Palestine and Israel from October 1, 2006 to January 1, 2007. Two Palestinian military units clashed on October 3 causing more than 100 Palestinian casualties. Two Palestinian members of Islamic Jihad were killed after an Israeli Air Force fired a car in Gaza Strip on October 5. Israeli Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni did not attend the October 29 conference sponsored by the United Nations due to the participation of Hamas representatives.
