The article reports on the plan of Thames River Capital LLP to close its £230 million property income and growth fund to new investors when it reaches £250 million in Great Britain. According to managing director Charlie Porter, the fund has a £500 million capacity and was intended to be closed when it reaches half the capacity. Porter asserts that running a property fund at £250 million is far more efficient than running one into the billions.
