ABSTRACT
The article informs about the announcement of a 90nm complementary metal oxide semiconductors transmitter for ZigBee by the Belgian Semiconductor Research Organization IMEC. The organization revealed that the transmitter will have ultra wideband antennas and all the frequency bands of the standard between 3 and 10GHz.
