Abacus puts CEMs into new company

The article reports that three businesses owned by the company Abacus have been pulled together to form Alpha3 Manufacturing Corp., which is focusing on cable harness wiring, and custom enclosures. The three firms being brought together are CCS Electronics in Runcorn, Cheshire, CTL Manufacturing in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire, and DEM Manufacturing in Scunthorpe. These three firms have a band of customers around them. Clifford Friel is appointed as the head of Alpha3 Manufacturing.
