ABSTRACT
The article discusses the implementation of Eloqua's Conversion Suite at Sybase, a data management provider. Sybase has completed a full-scale, enterprise wide integration across its North American division within three months in 2005 and then began its global implementation. Sybase cut the cost to convert leads by 85%, increase its marketing database by 25%, and boost attendance at marketing by 50%.
