ABSTRACT
The article offers online marketing tips for customer relationship management companies. Internet advertising and off line marketing efforts are better off integrated together than operating alone. Trigger events are used to reach out to customers and marks them as ready to buy. The use of interactive management tools that will enable marketers to analyze customer behavior is also suggested.
