The article reports on the strong demand of ice cream in convenience stores in the U.S. Business experts indicated that the customers most likely to buy ice cream in convenience stores are white adults, with a high school degrees or some college education living in households with incomes of $50,000 in rural areas. Moreover, they indicated that the brands that are in demand are Haagen-Daz, Ben & Jerry's and Edy's Slow Churn.
