A list of the new and revised British Standards (BS) in cinematography is presented. They include the BS 5550: Subsection 2.4.3 which focuses on the specification for the recorded characteristic for magnetic sound records on 16mm motion-picture film. Also provided is the BS 5550: Subsection 2.7.1, and the BS 5550: Subsection 3.2.1.
