ABSTRACT
The article reports on the plan of INEOS Oxide to expand its ethylene oxide and ethanolamines production in Lavera, France. Hans Casier, INEOS Oxides CEO, said that the ethanolamines expansion would make the company the world's leading supplier. Casier also said that demand for ethanolamines in Europe had been expanding slightly ahead of the growth in gross domestic product, and was rising even faster in Asia.
