Iran unveils gas plan

The article reports that Iran is expected to attract $260bn of investment in the gas industry according to deputy oil minister Reza Kasaeizadeh. The Islamic Republic News Agency quoted Kasaeizadeh, who doubles as managing director of the National Iranian Gas Company, says that $120bn will be earmarked for downstream industries. The remainder would be set aside for upstream activities.
