The article reports on the introduction of an online Six Sigma certificate program by Kaplan University to teach human resource (HR) professionals the Six Sigma methodologies for improving business productivity and processes. Motorola which created the Six Sigma, credits it for saving the company $17 billion. It cites the two key methodologies included in the Kaplan courses.
