ABSTRACT
The article shares the author's insights on the challenges that small and medium-sized franchised distributors in Great Britain encounter and the tactics that are undertaken to overcome such challenges. The author cites that an effective design registration or renumeration system is needed by franchised distributors in their demand creation activities. He adds that sales, customer services, technical support and new product launch are obvious customer facing demand creation activities.
