ABSTRACT
The article reports on the financial performance of college publisher Thomson Learning of Connecticut in 2006. The company's revenue increased 5% to $2.29 billion and its international higher education and reference business generated a revenue of $1.8 billion. Thomson's executive vice president Robert Daleo stated that the industry's growth can be attributed to the performance of the higher education business. Thomson plans to focus on digital workflow solutions by October 2007.
