ABSTRACT
The article offers a report in connection with Oracle's implementation of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions. CRM solutions requires the use of a central database repository or data store, a data loading process with software to manipulate customer interaction data, data analysis software, and interaction processes. Oracle's suite of CRM products consists of Oracle E-Business Suite CRM, PeopleSoft Enterprise CRM, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CRM, Siebel CRM, and Telephony@Work CallCenterAnywhere CRM.
