ABSTRACT
The article reports on the anticipation that the entertainment furniture industry has still a long way to grow. According to vice president of product and development Rob Weitz, the simple metal-glass television stands always have done well, but they had more growth in wood pieces. He further stresses that entertainment furniture price points, especially at electronics stores, is creeping up as electronics retailers urge salespeople to push higher-margin furniture in tandem with a TV purchase.
