ABSTRACT
The article discusses the author's experience of dealing with a dust collector that does not deliver its rated air volume. He observed the unit and discovered that the inlet ducts were properly designed and connected. He said that the rated air volume could have been expected if the final flight of the water separator had been designed to direct the air vertically into the blower inlet.
