ABSTRACT
The article discusses the volume of asset based lending in Great Britain which has doubled over as more businesses recognize its benefits as a viable funding option in a wide range of circumstances. This funding mechanism has come a long way in recent years and the product has evolved to keep pace with growing demand. Asset based lending looks set to take center stage as a preferred funding option not only for small and medium enterprises but also for national and international organizations.
