The article reports on the one-day celebration of Paralympic sport, a pilot program sponsored by Arizona Disabled Sports with the U.S. Paralympics in Arizona on October 28, 2006. The event which featured kayaking and scuba diving was part of the 9th Annual Disabled Sports Expo with Barrow Neurological Institute. The event aimed to introduce youth and adults with disabilities to adaptive sports programming.
