ABSTRACT
The article discusses the lesson on prayer learned by the author. The author was reassured that God hears and answers prayers when she lost her retriever Rufus. With help from friend Susan, she looked for her dog but did not find, it. She went home tired and discouraged. As she laid in her bed, she prayed again and heard barking. She went out and found Rufus tied to a tree.
