ABSTRACT
The article reports of a petition for a union election at the La-Z-Boy plant in Dayton, Tennessee. The article mentions that the representatives of the company and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 175 are to meet on February 13, 2007 to discuss the majority of workers who support collective bargaining. The maker of upholstered furniture which employs 1800 workers would conduct an election after the meeting of the workers.
