ABSTRACT
The article reports on a contract awarded by the Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority to the Northlink Transit Partners for the final design of the 3.15-mile University Link light rail extension. It will run from downtown Seattle to the University of Washington. Earth Tech will be responsible for providing project control systems, managing the design of two rail stations, as well as tunnel ventilation, mechanical and electrical systems.
