ABSTRACT
The article reports on a proposal by USA Development to build the Willow Run, a 513-acre mixed-use development in Elkwood, Virginia. Dunning Group Architects was selected to provide architecture services for this development, which will include a retail center, a theater, water park, professional office space, equestrian center, a school, a hotel and 300 loft condominium units.
