GSK will be acquiring Cambridge, England-based Domantis Ltd. and Waltham, Massachusetts-based Praecis Pharmaceuticals for approximately $454 million and $54.8 million, respectively. It will also invest in the development and marketing of Genmab's Humax-CD20 agent and EPIX Pharmaceuticals' drugs for progressive diseases.
