Caustic soda prices dip on low demand

The article reports on the decline of caustic soda prices in the local chemicals market. Due to low demand, local manufacturers are following a strategy to keep the prices lower than those of the imports to remain in the market. The chemical is now quoted at Rs 23 and the landed cost of imported caustic soda is Rs 24.
