ABSTRACT
The article presents a round-table discussion on the different aspects of mobile consumer relations management (CRM) applications. The challenges faced by companies involved in the mobile device market such as the standardization of different devices into a single device are were mentioned. The advantages of mobile CRM applications were also stated.
