The article discusses the strategies used by several business enterprises to improve self-service operations. Kodak integrated its voice and Web self-service operations to optimize the consumer's quality-of-experience. In this regard, it launched the Kodak EasyShare Gallery which is an online service for managing, protecting as well as sharing digital pictures.
