ABSTRACT
The article presents advice on improving customer loyalty. Most business enterprises depend heavily on pricing initiatives to attract consumers. This characteristic offer organizations with valuable, deeper insight into their consumers, but they do not deliver enough. Hence, it would be important to take segmentation strategies even farther by considering attitudinal and lifestyle factors as primary indicators for developing more personalized experiences.
