ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the Got Milk? campaign of the California Milk Processing Board. The campaign focuses on scent marketing. The board observed that few business enterprises have used scent to connect consumers to their brands. The board also believed that scent would contribute to breed emotional and cognitive connections.
