ABSTRACT
The article discusses the author's perspectives on the cotton market in the U.S. He predicted that the cotton market is likely to be on the 60-cent area for a while, and that cotton acreage will likely to drop in 2007 unless prices be increased to above 60 cents. The author added that aside from lower cotton acreage, production and demand would lead to higher prices.
