The article reports on the acquisition of Smyrna, Georgia-based refrigerant supplier CFC Refimax Inc. by Airgas Inc. The main tactics behind the acquisition was to expand the refrigerant business of Airgas. CFC Refimax has operations in Atlanta, Georgia and Houston, Texas and five, third-party distribution warehouse locations.
