The article presents the result of a public opinion poll on the issue of U.S. war in Iraq. The Republican and Democratic respondents are asked about the possibility that U.S. Congress use its budget appropriation power to challenge U.S. President George W. Bush. Another question queries the same respondents if increasing U.S. troop would improve Iraq's stability.
