ABSTRACT
The article reports on the findings of the survey conducted by the journal "Inside Counsel," which reveal that 61% of the surveyed readers prefer alternative fee arrangements for large-scale litigation services. The survey also reveals that 58% of the respondents believe that alternative billing arrangement significantly helps them in controlling legal expenses.
