The article reports that the National Organization for Women (NOW) have partnered with the Women Are Getting Even (WAGE) Project in bringing together chapters and members to initiate WAGE Clubs in the U.S. WAGE Clubs offer women a resource for ending wage discrimination against them and improving work environment. The goal of WAGE Clubs is to create a national movement of women who confidentially demand equal compensation in the workplace.
