ABSTRACT
The article reports on the acquisition of Basofil Fibers LLC, a supplier of fire-resistant materials to the home furnishings industry, by Sumlin Group. Terms of the sale were not disclosed. Basofil Fibers will be based at the manufacturing plant in Enka, North Carolina. Meanwhile, Sumlin Group brings a full complement of expertise to take Basofil Fibers to a higher level.
