The article reports on the decision of Interorgana, the German subsidiary of the IMCD Group, to acquire Sopp C&K Vertrieb to strengthen its position in the plastics sector. Sopp has a turnover of about 39 million U.S. dollars and is the agent and distributor of the plasticizers, unsaturated polyester resins and anhydrides of Polynt.
