ABSTRACT
The article reports on the acquisition of Russian company SaKiZ, a regional supplier of technical gases, by German industrial gases group Linde. The company employs more than 200 people and produces and sells air gases, both in liquefied and gaseous form. SaKiZ is the market leader in the Volga region. Linde claims to already be the east European market leader in industrial gases.
