ABSTRACT
The article reports that Ruaraidh Ogilvie of Savills' Brechin office will be launching the first commercial farm to come up for sale in 2007. The 189-acre Balhousie Farm has been let for potatoes and is a good option for vegetables and soft fruit were another option. Ogilvie split the farm into four main lots and most of the land is available for offers over £700,000.
