Titanium Metals Sells Interest in Valtimet Joint Venture

The joint venture, which was formed in 1997, aimed to produce welded stainless steel and titanium tubing, using the titanium tubing facility of Titanium Metals to supply Valtimet with up to 2, 500 tons of titanium strip annually.
