ABSTRACT
The article presents an interview with Corporate investigator and former special agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation Kenneth Springer. He comments on the municipal bond bid-rigging scandal concerning banks in California and Pennsylvania involving third party brokers. Springer stated that the problem involves bond brokers but financial firms could have the liability in corporate investigations. He stressed the significance of detailed information from corporations during investigations.
