ABSTRACT
In this article, the author comments on the factors considered by companies in hiring people in Great Britain. The author believes that employing people is prima facie evidence of sexism, ageism, racism, harassment, religious hate, bullying, and disability discrimination. He observes that employment laws with unlimited awards have brought a compensation culture to the workplace.
