ABSTRACT
The article reports on a lawsuit filed by chipmaker Intel Corp. against Transmeta Corp. over patent infringement. Intel reportedly alleged that Transmeta has infringed seven of its patents. It is said that the lawsuit filed by Intel is a response to a claim filed by Transmeta that alleged that Intel has infringed on 10 computer architecture and power saving technologies patents owned by Transmeta.
