The article presents an interview with Bruce Cuddy, founder of Alison's Family Farms. Cuddy created Alison's Family farms for everyone to enjoy the same natural food flavor he remembered from his youth and had re-discovered from his travels. He personally oversees his own farms and a select handful of local growers that produce wholesome, nutritious all Natural Chickens and Turkeys. According to Cuddy, their Air Chilled Chicken is an all natural product, no growth promoters, steroids or hormones.
