ABSTRACT
The article focuses on Great Britain's only free web-based National Identity Theft Assistance Centre launched by annualcreditreport.co.uk, the provider of online credit report subscription services to consumers. The supports being provided by the service include helping consumers to learn how to reduce the risk of becoming a victim and enabling consumers to report all lost and stolen documents. The service also keeps victims informed of progress and helps consumers prevent further fraud.
