China Energy has increased its paid-up capital by 27.4m Singapore dollar in its issue of 32,985,000 new shares on the Singapore Stock Exchange. South Korea's Honam Petrochemical Corp. is closer to signing a joint venture deal with Qatar Petroleum (QP) for the Mesaieed mixed feedstock petrochemicals complex.
