Akzo Nobel quiet on Organon sale

This article states that Akzo Nobel is in talks with private equity companies about the sale of its drugs unit Organon, Dutch newspaper Het Financieele Dagblad said last week, quoting anonymous sources. Akzo Nobel, however, denied plans to sell instead of going ahead with its planned initial public offering of the € 8bn company.
