ABSTRACT
The article reports on the integration of Zi Corporation's software with Trolltech's Qtopia Greenphone, a Linux mobile device tool for application developers. The integration will enable faster development of handset telephone and deployment in the market. Zi Corporations's software include eZiText predictive text technology and Decuma handwriting recognition software. Meanwhile, Trolltech's software, Greenphone, is part of a complete software development kit. It is the first in the series of open mobile devices the company plans to make available.
